Edward C. Morrison, M.D.







Edward C. Morrison, MD, was born and raised in Charleston, SC. Dr. Morrison graduated from the Washington-Lee University in Lexington, VA, where he graduated Magna cum laude. He then attended Medical School at the University of South Carolina, here in Charleston. He then attended a General Surgery Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Following his General Surgery Residency, he attended a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery. Additionally, he is Board Certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery in Vascular Surgery, and he is also Board Certified by the American College of Phlebology.
Dr. Morrison is a Fellow in the American College of Surgery. He is also a member of the Southeastern Surgical Society, the American College of Surgeons Advanced Trauma Life Support Group, the Vascular Surgery Society, the Michael E. DeBakey International Surgical Society, the South Carolina Surgical Society, the Southern Association for Vascular Surgery, the Peripheral Vascular Surgical Society, and the International Cardiovascular Society Dr. Morrison is a member of the Roper St. Francis Xavier Society and the Charleston Medical Society.
